Creamy Tacos Recipe

This is wonderful on a cold night!
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1 onion, chopped, and cooked with the ground beef
1 can rotel (drain some of the juice off)
1 can Ranch style beans
1/4 pkg taco seasoning
1 pound Velveeta cheese
8oz sour cream
Mix all of the above together (except sour cream) in a large skillet and simmer [...]
